Our 14-Day Guarantee
In addition to your statutory rights, you may also return your purchase to us within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund or exchange. Please include your contact details and information about why you are returning the item. Our return address is:

Unfortunately, once our 14-day guarantee period has passed we can only accept items back that have a manufacturing fault. Please return items to the address above, including your details and stating your issue with the item, and we’ll do our best to fix the problem for you.
Ordering at Christmas
Any item ordered in December is included in our Extended Christmas Returns Policy, which extends our guarantee period until 15th January. This is subject to our standard exceptions.
Exceptions
Please note that we are unable to accept returns that have clearly been worn and washed (unless there is a manufacturing fault). All items should be returned in an unworn condition, with their original packaging.
